CRICKET St Thomas Wildlife Park will miss major attractions for animals in a move that owners say will mean job losses are inevitable. Warner Leisure Hotels, owner of the park, announced its closure on Wednesday, September 30, to carry out remodeling work on the 45-acre land. The St Thomas cricket manor house (a hotel since 199) was built in 1820 by Sir John Soane. The formal opening of the gardens and lakes also marks the launch of an exciting new adventure for the Cricket St Thomas Hotel with the introduction of an Italian-style restaurant within the former walled gardens of the farmhouse.
